You will learn how to make the Authentic Neapolitan Pizza from scratch.
In our Course you will be Taught by a Professional Certified Neapolitan Pizzaiolo the dough making and Stretching process as well as the pizza cooking techniques using Wood or Gas burning ovens.
Our course fits the needs of everyone, from amateur pizza lovers to restaurant professional.
Alessio grew up in the heart of Naples, Italy. His Nonna (Grandma) taught him how to make homemade pasta and fresh mozzarella. His aunt taught him how to make gelato at her Gelateria in south Italy.
One summer when he was 15-years-old, Alessio's uncle needed extra help at his restaurant. He made his first pizza there and it was love at first sight.
To improve his craft and skills, he joined his maestro (mentor) Gaetano Esposito at L'Arte della Pizza. He was honored to learn from Esposito, who had made pizza for Popes, Prime Ministers, and celebrities.
Alessio longed to share Neapolitan pizza with the world. He moved to America and started Vomero Consulting. He helped restaurateurs launch Restaurants in New York, California, Georgia, Texas, and Indiana.
He has appeared on TV shows, news segments, newspapers, blogs, and in National Pizza Magazine. In 2021, he was awarded the prestigious certificate of Neapolitan Pizzeria from the Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana AVPN.
